Bookings and Accommodation Rates
Alure Stanthorpe caters exclusively to couples with 2 luxury villas and 1 glamping tent. The tent and villas each sleep 2 people, with a maximum of 6 people on the property, ensuring a peaceful and private escape from the busyness of life.
Alure is heavily booked. To assist in finding available dates, we’ve created a ‘cheat sheet’ showing our availability in heavily booked months.
For small group stays with more than 2 people, please select 2 people when searching, and the total availability will show.

Arrival and Departure Times
Self Check-in is from 3 pm. Check out is by 11 am. We will call you if your accommodation is ready early.
Deposit/Payments
At the time of reservation, 50% of the booking is paid in order to secure your booking. The balance is paid 14 days prior to the arrival date. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Direct Deposits are also available, please contact us for bank details. If the reservation is made 14 days or less before arrival then the full amount is payable on reservation.
Cancellation & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. However, bookings are transferable within a 12 month period, providing that the alteration is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No alterations can be made from 14 days prior to the arrival date.
COVID-19 Conditions: All bookings unable to be fulfilled specifically due to Queensland Government directed travel ban (not advice to ‘reconsider your need to travel’) can be altered to a later date, or will have a credit issued for up to 12 months. This is providing notice is given up to the day before arrival.

Gift vouchers are a popular gift for someone special and are created especially for your requirements.
Smoking
Alure Stanthorpe is a smoke-free environment inside. Ashtrays have been provided outside on the villa decks for guests. The Glamping Tent is strictly non-smoking inside and outside.
Pet Friendly
We appreciate some couples love to holiday with their well-behaved furry/feathered family members. Alure’s pet-friendly bookings are available in the villas only. View the pet friendly accommodation option here. Select the pet-friendly option when booking.
